- Pick an asset. Stay, taxi, activity gear, rental gear, or shop inventory — each page lists the all-in cost breakdown and expected yield.
- Complete a one-time KYC. PAN + bank details. Takes 3 minutes.
- Contribute via UPI / card. ₹10,000 – ₹2,00,000 per asset, capped at 199 partners.
- Earn every month in travel credits. Revenue minus operating cost, vacancy reserve and a flat MN management fee, split by your share. Credits are non-cash, non-transferable.
- At month 12, renew, exit at NAV (best-efforts), or transfer your slot peer-to-peer.
Travel credits never expire and are usable across every MadNomads category. They cannot be encashed. INR payout is available case-by-case but is not a guaranteed buyback.
