1. We are a services marketplace
MadNomads sells accommodation, activities, and experiences. We do not ship physical goods. This policy exists primarily to satisfy payment processor requirements and to clarify how we deliver the things you book.
2. Booking confirmations & vouchers
- Booking confirmations are delivered instantly via email after payment is captured.
- A PDF voucher with QR code is available immediately from the confirmation page; this is what you present to the host on arrival.
- The voucher is also cached in your browser for offline access at remote locations.
3. Physical merchandise (future)
If we ever offer physical merchandise (t-shirts, gear, etc.), the following will apply:
- Shipping within India only, via standard tracked courier.
- Dispatch within 3 business days of order.
- Delivery typically 5-10 business days depending on PIN code.
- Shipping fees shown at checkout before payment.
- Damage on arrival: report within 48h with photos for replacement or refund.
4. International
We do not currently support international bookings or international shipping.
5. Issues with voucher delivery
If you completed payment but did not receive a voucher within 10 minutes, check spam, then contact support with your payment reference.
