1. Who can list
- Indian residents or registered Indian businesses.
- Aged 18+ for individuals.
- The legal operator of the property or activity being listed.
2. KYC documents required
- PAN (individual or business) — mandatory.
- GST certificate — required if you are GST-registered.
- Address proof — Aadhaar, utility bill, or registered lease.
- Bank account for payouts — bank name, account number, IFSC, account holder name.
- For property listings: ownership document OR a registered rental/management agreement.
3. Verification timeline
We aim to verify within 48 business hours of receiving all documents. You can save listings as drafts during the wait; they cannot be published until verification is complete.
4. Listing requirements
- Accurate description, address, and photos. We may delist for material misrepresentation.
- At least 4 photos, taken in the last 12 months, of the actual property or activity.
- A clear cancellation policy (Flexible / Moderate / Strict).
- For high-risk activities (rafting, bungee, paragliding, etc.): mandatory safety information including equipment, certifications, age & fitness limits, insurance details, and emergency contact.
5. Commission
Default commission is 12% per confirmed booking, deducted from the provider payout. For high-volume providers, custom rates may be negotiated.
6. Payouts
- Payouts are released to your bank account within 3 business days of guest check-in.
- For multi-night stays, the full payout is released after the first night's check-in.
- Holds may be placed for dispute resolution, in which case we will notify you in writing.
7. Ongoing standards
- Maintain a rating of 4.0+ over a rolling 6-month window.
- Cancellation rate (provider-initiated) below 5%.
- Response time within your declared window.
- Persistent failure on any of these may result in delisting.
8. Sponsorships (optional)
Once verified, you may purchase boosts (push your listing up in search) or run ads (custom creative shown alongside results). See your Promotions hub.
9. Termination
You can pause or close your account at any time via support. Active bookings must be honoured before account closure, or transferred / refunded with our help.
